Inspired on the Seven Hills of Rome, it is notable for its tuscan architecture and different neighborhood elevations.

Seven Hills is a beautiful 1,300 acre master-planned community located in Henderson, Nevada.
Known for its outdoor family living and incredible views of the valley below. Four large city parks offer basketball, volleyball, tennis courts, soccer fields and playgrounds for residents to enjoy, as well as miles of scenic walking and biking trails. Surrounding this tranquil environment is an area filled with gourmet restaurants, boutique shops, theaters and sports centers.

Seven Hills is located approximately 7 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. It is home to the 7,250 yard Rees-Jones designed Rio Secco Golf Club, where Tiger Woods holds the course record with the low score of sixty four. Also near Seven Hills is the Henderson Executive Airport.
This secluded master-planned is south from Green Valley Ranch, and tucked in between Anthem and Macdonald Highlands.

Construction started in 1996. It has 25 distinct neighborhhods, from condos, single family homes, to guard gated communities, Seven Hills has approximately 3,033 homes, there is an option for everyone. 

As far as Homeowners association fees, the master plan fee is roughly $62/mo, and sub-associations fees range from $60 for gated communities, up to $400 for guard gated communities.

An interesting piece of information is that the southwest part of Seven Hills was sold in 2004 for $557 million. Labeled as 'Inspirada', the area was to be used for "New Urbanism". A high-density, pedestrian-friendly, master-planned community, it was modeled after towns and neighborhoods built before urban sprawl took root in the United States. Part of the design was to keep Seven Hills and Inspirada as separate areas with no interconnecting roads.
